A comprehensive first appointment to understand your history, current function, environment, and goals. Taya reviews your concerns, completes targeted clinical assessments, and builds a personalized plan with clear next steps and recommendations.
60 minutes
An ongoing session to review progress, refine strategies, trial equipment, complete additional assessment components, and update your plan. Ideal for continuing care after an initial or specialty assessment.
90 minutes
An in-home evaluation of your daily activities, safety, and environment — including access, bathroom and bedroom function, transfers, falls risk, and equipment needs. You'll receive practical recommendations to help you live safely and independently at home.

A focused assessment of how you move, walk, and transfer between surfaces (bed, chair, toilet, tub, vehicle). Includes safety recommendations, technique coaching, and suggestions for mobility aids or transfer equipment tailored to your abilities and environment.
60 minutes
A targeted assessment for clients requiring a wheelchair or specialized seating. Includes postural evaluation, pressure and comfort considerations, and recommendations for the appropriate chair, cushion, and accessories to support function and skin integrity.

A standardized assessment of cognitive skills such as attention, memory, executive function, and safety awareness. Results inform recommendations for daily routines, supervision needs, safety strategies, and follow-up planning with your care team.
