Meet the team
Taya Isaac, Lead Occupational Therapist

Taya Isaac is the founder and Lead Occupational Therapist at Adaptive Care Solutions. She established the practice in 2026 to bring a more personal, accessible model of occupational therapy to Winnipeg — one built around thorough assessments, clear communication, and genuine partnership with clients and families.
With nearly 10 years of experience as an occupational therapist, Taya has spent much of her career working with older adults in complex care settings — supporting clients with a wide range of assessment needs, including cognitive assessments, functional and ADL evaluations, seating and mobility, falls prevention, and post-hospital transition planning. That experience shapes the practical, whole-person approach she brings to every assessment today.
Taya is a Registered Occupational Therapist in Manitoba (College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba) and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. She is passionate about accessibility — including offering ASL-supported services — and about supporting older adults, adults with complex care needs, and their caregivers.
